All our articles have detailed descriptions, product photographs and detailed photographs. Changes and refunds will only be accepted for the following reasons:
-The product is defective
- An incorrect size has been chosen
To make returns costmers have a period of 15 natural days from the date of receipt of the order. Returns must be notified in advance by email to email@example.com. Unreported returns will be automatically rejected.
Returns only will be accepted when the product is in perfect conditions, come in it's original packaging and with the invoice of the order.
Shipping costs, except for warranty cases, will always be paid by the customer.
For healthy reasons, we don't accept returns of earrings and ear cuffs.
Custom items can't be changed or returned.
If the items received don't correspond to the order placed, costumer must be notified us by mail within a maximum period of 24 hours after date of delivery.
In no case By Lia will issue refunds. A voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items that can be redeem in 30 days. If costumer want to change an item sold out at the time of validity of the voucher, it can communicate it by mail to pause voucher's validity and restart it when the desired items will be available again.
